FYI I have not dealt directly with this company, but I understand they hold our mortgage which is being serviced by American Home Mortgage Servicing. I am wondering why they deal with this company. They have an F rating with BBB and an outstanding lawsuit against them in Texas for alleged violations of Texas Debt Collections Act and Texas Deceptivr Trade Practices Act. They handle things very haphazardly and are very difficult to deal with and have gross errors in my account which are taking an eternity to be corrected. I think Deutche should take more care in who they let deal with clients.
