thought it was a 30 day free trial but you shipped me the product 9/17/2011 but i must make sure to it return by 10/1/2011 thats not thirty days..CRIMINAL..i returned it postal..have the post office slips hope i get a few days..but it would be real businesslike if you guys would answer the phone..its just a criminal way to take peoples money..where is the customer service?? i didnt even try your product..people dont fall for all this phony crap...

Hello. We may have been experiencing a high volume of calls which resulted in a delay in assisting you. Once you cancel, you have 30 days to send back your trial. If our warehouse does not receive back the package, then you are charged for what you received. Please try calling customer service back in regards to your USPS return slip and we will be happy to refund you.
