VERY MAD

I ordered try wen in the middle of november and ended up not getting it for three weeks because it was (back ordered). SO i called to see why and they said it was because of one of the free gift products. they said that if i cancelled that order and made a new one without the free gift then it would ship the next day. They also said that when i cancelled that order i would still have the same account number and they read it back to me. I then called back to cancel it again but the second time because it never shipped out and it was a christmas gift.Two days ago i see that i was charged 35 bucks for try wen meanwhile i called and cancelled it. I called them and asked why i was being charged and they said because i had an account never cancelled. they lied to me saying that it would be under the same account number and lied when they said they cancelled it a second time because the account number i gave them was already cancelled. Now they are saying it has already shipped out and i can return it and get a refund in 60 days.....i never wanted it to begin with i want my money now. now they say my account is cancelled and i wont be getting any further charges. we will wait and see i guess..
